Pillsbury’s Gluten Free Pie Crust (in a can)

I ended up throwing this away, along with the filling in it. This crust is indeed flakey – but don’t expect it to hold together, even with careful handling. It reminded me a lot of my own early pie dough attempts. A lot of fuss for less -than- desirable results. I’d recommend making your own pie crust – it’ll be less of a disappointment in the end.
